Work Release Programs

 

 

The Work Release program would host only qualified minimum-security pre-trial and post-trial inmates, affording them the opportunity to assist in the support of their families while paying court ordered fines, child support, and any financial reimbursement to victims as ordered by the courts. This would also free up space with in the detention center.  

 

This program would help the families that depend on financial support from the person that is incarcerated. The White County Sheriff Office would work closely with several local businesses to help locate jobs for inmates and relieve some of the pressure being placed on our public assistance programs.
