Few remember how in the days of our forefathers it was not uncommon for a citizen to knock on the door of an elected official and have the office holder answer, ready to hear out the individuals concerns.  With today's technology, the knock on the door is becoming obsolete and text, email and "old fashioned" phone calls are replacing the person to person interaction.  Even though I am totally comfortable with texting, emailing and phone calls, I still ENJOY the face to face contact!
